Yoga AM has joined forces with Thru Hike Adventures to take yoga to new heights. What would be better than to experience mindful and rejuvenating yoga practice atop the lovely mountains of Snowdonia? 


Yoga AM will offer two mindful and energizing hatha yoga practices. The first of which will be a Saturday morning practice on the mountain after a short hike with the beautiful views of Snowdon. The second practice will take place on Sunday at the grounds of the stunning Plas Tan Y Bwlch before heading back home.


The classes will consist of a focus on the breath throughout mindful movements and beginner yoga poses in short sequences or flows. The breathing techniques will aim to clear the chatter in the mind and focus inward, which allows for a better focus on keeping the body in alignment in the different yoga poses. The classes will be beginner-friendly with slow and detailed instructions and guidance, so no need for any previous yoga experience. We will aim for an awakening of the body with a variety of stretching, balancing, and strengthening poses to accompany the hiking adventures of the day. Finally, we will end the practice with a relaxing guided visualisation to reset the mind and centre ourselves in the present moment.
